About Dale Bilbrey
Dale Bilbrey has been a dedicated member of the real estate community since the early 2000’s. Transitioning from a successful career in the automotive industry—where he owned multiple businesses—Dale entered the real estate arena in 2001 with a passion for taking distressed properties and transforming them into useful, beautiful homes a family could be proud of. He began as an investor, buying, rehabbing, and reselling homes in the Greater Nashville area. By 2003, Dale obtained his real estate license, where he specialized in distressed properties. In 2005, he further expanded his expertise by becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator, helping homebuyers and sellers turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. He has remained active in some aspect of these roles ever since, with a brief two-year hiatus in 2011 to care for his ailing parents in Livingston, TN. This brought him full circle back to the area he grew up in.
In 2022, after leaving Cross Country Mortgage, Dale decided to fully return to his passion for rehabbing distressed properties. Building on his initial success, he relaunched his original company from 2001, Great Home Solutions (GHS), now based in Cookeville, where he has lived since 2011. GHS focuses on transforming distressed properties – creating opportunities for sellers, buyers, and the community.
